A lovely 2 Bedroom cottage which is based in Poltimore, just outside Exeter on the edge of the National Trust Killerton Estate

We are just 10 minutes from the centre of Exeter 

The whole cottage has been recently refurbished to a high standard with beautiful country views in all directions

Enjoy stunning sunsets or sit and watch a wide selection of birds from the comfort of our comfortable sofa

The owners live next door and are always on hand to provide any local information or help
 
A great location for a Devon holiday or city break
Perfect for families, couples or Sonlo travellers and use of the half acre private garden
 
Bedroom 1 has a  King Sized bed and bedroom 2 offers 2 single beds

The Bathroom complete with a Bath and Shower, this is upstairs

Downstairs we have a large open plan living area with beautiful Country views and a fully fitted kitchen

Locally we have a great Country pub (The Red Lion) based in Broadclyst along with a contemporary Indian restaurant (Spice and Stone)

Poltimore is surrounded by stunning Devon Countryside with a wide range of Country Walks

Killerton House owned by the National Trust is just a few minutes away by car along with Danes Woods and Ashclyst Forest
