Hidden away in the centre of Exeter, Southlands is a grand Georgian house converted into luxury apartments, with free allocated parking.

The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Centre, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline.

A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV.

The apartment is spacious and light with a lounge/dining area and separate kitchen. Smart 55' TV and WIFI included. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.

From the lounge, kitchen and bedroom the large traditional windows look out onto greenery and provides lovely natural light. Enjoy watching the chickens with your morning coffee!

The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with ample clothes storage and black out curtains. Bed linen and towels provided.

Good central location

Ideal location for the centre of Exeter and surrounding areas. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and clean. A couple of points to note are the steep external stairs leading to the entrance and the neighbour’s cockarel who gave us an unexpected alarm call both mornings! We enjoyed our stay & would consider booking again.

City stay

Flat 23 was as described. Perfect base for visiting the city or trips to the nearby coast. The flat was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The only downside to be aware of is the cockrel in the garden - we were woken by 4.45am both mornings by him. Not usually expected in the city and world be the only thing putting us off booking again.
