You can enjoy views of the beautiful Exe Estuary 15 minutes walk away. There is a bike path through Phear park to town, Budleigh Salterton and Sandy Bay. The stunning Exe Trail cycle path following the river up to Exeter and beyond is also accessible after a short ride through the park. Exmouth has a large selection of shops, restaurants, theatre, cinema, bowling alley, bars and pubs as well as its pretty beach and marina.
