Room smelled like vape. Whole first floor smelled bad. Paint was peeling in the tub. Room was cold. Temperature was hard to regulate. Desk was dirty with food stuck on it. Door on cabinet fell off. Fridge was broken. Towels were cheap. Breakfast was not good. Eggs tasted artificial, hash browns barely warm. Ate toast and Raisin Bran and paid $7 for it.

When I checked in the younger man at the desk barely spoke to me and then picked up his cell phone and began speaking to someone else in his native language while checking me in. I didn’t even have the opportunity to ask any questions. He charged my card without stating how much he would charge or if there would be a temporary hold of any kind for incidentals. He told me nothing about parking, check out time, or WiFi. I was then quickly rattled off that I had to walk down the hall to the right for the elevator. What he didn’t mention was that I had to walk down 2 hallways on the right past 3 multipurpose rooms and the bar to find the elevators. When I asked if there was a luggage cart available he said “yes but nobody brought them back” and that was that. I had manage all my luggage and extras for an event I was attending without a cart. Check in was the worst but it didn’t end there. Trying to get clean towels and extra toilet paper was another chore. I don’t think I would be staying here if my event wasn’t in this hotel but i definitely won’t be staying here next time regardless of where the event is taking place.

We couldn’t even use the shower it was clearly so disgusting, and the towels had hair on them from previous guests. It was riddled with smoke throughout the property. It wasn’t even worth the little money we spent checking in around 11 pm to leave at 8 am it was so bad.

The beds were stiff. Plastic sheets woke me up. Property outside had bottles and cans. The smell of weed was horrible. Breakfast not worth $7.00. Not enough water pressure. Event happening didnt end til 1 kept me up half the night. If i has known that was going to happen...i wouldnt have chose this hotel. Customer service check in people were polite.

The tub in my room does not work properly. I was not able to move the level to change the water from shower to the faucet to take a bath. The lever was stuck and I could only take a shower. And the tub looked old / worn not clean and attractive.
