The place is dark and dingy. They could not be bothered to sweep the elevators, they have you place your trash outside the room for pickup before 4PM otherwise it will sit there all night. They do not make up the room daily. Cheap for a reason.

We checked in alright and it was smooth enough. Checkout was also very smooth. That being said, we had reservations for a room with a king bed and sofa bed and had to be "downgraded" to a two double bed room because of a "system update" and the rooms were "booked out." There was no communication beforehand of a change to our reservation's status. With having two small children, we had picked the room specifically for that need. On top of that, there was a smell of marijuana in the hallway. This can't be helped without PA law enforcement, but it was not something we expected or want to expose our young children to. If it was just my wife and I, things would have been more tolerable.

Rooms and service are on point? The staff is welcoming, attentive and do a great job checking in, fast and easy. We use this hotel a lot as we travel with our team from Massachusetts to near by West Chester University and other local showcases and we love staying here as it’s convenient and there’s a Wawa’s walking distance or a minute drive.

It is the start of winter, and when I turned on the heat, I experienced sinus issues. After letting it run for a day, things finally calmed down with micro dust. The hotel was clean. It is an older hotel, so the tubs are worn out. There are many traveling maintenance workers, so the carpets are a bit worn.

Had to have my room switched because clearly dirty bed with a dip pouch chewed on and stuck on the headboard of bed. Ice maker was broken on my floor and i wasn't aware of the fact that most of the business is from housing vouchers for homeless.

Staff friendly. Lobby clean and updated. Hallways, elevators, rooms and bathrooms conditions are filthy and stained and extremely worn out. Cigarette smoke permeated the entire building including our non-smoking room. Would return should management/ownership upgrade the property

The Hotel was good and we had a plesant stay for two nights. The rooms were recently renovated and clean. The carpet could do with some shampooing. The beds were a bit small for two people to sleep comfortable. The shower needs an upgrade. The bath tub was getting clogged, but was quickly attended to by the maintenance. The overall stay was good and great value.
