Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was very well done. Room was clean and comfortable but the layout was very strange. The sliding door to the bath was awkward and the lack of a closet a drawback. The poor soundproofing meant we could hear the upstairs occupant each time the toilet was used.
