The staff is this hotel's greatest asset. If it wasn't for them, I would have looked for the exit to stay somewhere else on this trip after the way it began.

My daughter and I were there for her dad's burial for an overnight only. The hotel room appeared to be clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, hotel was quiet, breakfast set up offered a variety of hot and cold food. Thankful and hotel served its purpose. I'd recommend for a family stay!

Sheets had dried stains all over, had two flies in my room, no spoons in kitchen. Minimal supplies. Doors were old and very loud, I could hear them open and close all night. I did like that the microwave was set to be very quiet. Overall was fine but have been to much better Residence Inn properties and expected the same level of quality here.

Lost our onekey rewards

When we got to the hotel our room wasn't ready. They asked if we would take a style of room that was different so we could get in quicker and we did. Since we did the charged us the hotels rates. Therefore we lost our onekey reward. We ended up paying approximately 60 dollars more than what we we supposed to.

Every time we stay at this location we do not get what the reservation is for!.. We reserve a king and always get a queen. This time we had a little critter in the bathroom. Don’t think we will be staying at this location again😐
