Welcome to this charming and tastefully renovated cottage in idyllic Rösselvik on Tjörn. Here you stay surrounded by greenery and coastal nature in a peaceful setting that is perfect for a relaxing holiday on the Swedish west coast. The cottage offers 4+2 beds distributed between one bedroom, a cosy sleeping loft and a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation features a bright and open floor plan where the kitchen and living room merge into a social space for the entire group. The modern kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer as well as a coffee maker. The living room offers plenty of seating and a practical sofa bed that can easily be used for additional sleeping places. The tiled bathroom is fresh and well equipped with a shower, washing machine and underfloor heating. Outside, a pleasant patio with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and lovely evening sun awaits. The green surroundings together with the renovated barn next door create a charming and cosy atmosphere. From the cottage, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the sea and the area's lovely swimming opportunities. NOTE: In the barn next door there is a small studio which may be rented out to other guests during certain periods. The accommodations have separate patios and their own outdoor areas for a comfortable stay.



Things to Do on Tjörn and in the Surrounding Area:

Rösselvik is located in a scenic part of Tjörn where the sea is always close by. Within approximately 400 metres, you can reach a natural swimming area, and along the coast there are several opportunities for refreshing sea baths from cliffs, piers and small beaches. Tjörn offers numerous excursion destinations for both young and old. Visit charming Skärhamn with its restaurants, cafés, shops and the well known Nordic Watercolour Museum. In Rönnäng, you will find pleasant restaurants and a genuine archipelago atmosphere, while Pilane Sculpture Park offers a unique combination of art, history and magnificent nature. Sundsby Manor is also a popular destination with hiking trails, a café and locally produced products. For golf enthusiasts, Tjörns Golf Club is within convenient distance and offers both a popular course and a restaurant with beautiful views of the Bohuslän landscape.



Good to Know About This Accommodation:

• A security deposit of SEK 1,500 is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within one week after departure, provided that the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be added: SEK 150/person and SEK 50/person respectively. Payment is made in cash or via Swish on site.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the accommodation themselves, and cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric vehicles is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not permitted.
