Not a good choice for anyone that can't do stairs. There is an outside entrance through an indoor hot house garden with a long wooden stair way. Two bedrooms are available on the main floor but the breakfast area requires navigating upstairs and into an attached building.

I have a disability and I was given a 3rd floor walk-up. There is no elevator. I had to schlep my luggage up the stairs. The towels and sheets were clean but need to be replaced, they were stained.

The beds were very comfortable. Our room was clean, althhough we booked the bridal suite and were given a different room. The kitchen breakfast area was extremely cluttered and dirty. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The hotel owner was very nice and interesting. They have run this property for decades and it is a little "lived in" for my taste. I am a first time Bed and Breakfast person so the shock of staying in a home vs a hotel was probably more on me. She provided a clean room and plenty of parking. She made a nice breakfast in the morning and many of the other guests commented on how lovely the stay was for them. That made me feel better and I could relax a bit more. If you are into B&Bs this is a good choice in Fairbanks. It was very close to airport which was important for us and it was clean and the room was well appointed.

Nice comfortable room. Kitchen was very nice. The bed is getting a little tired; we kept rolling into each other. This is our first experience with a wet bathroom. Not a fan. All staff were great! Very accommodating.

Checking in had to go up 2 flights of stairs no elevators on either property. Did have handicap room on ground floor but in another location room had spacious handicap bathroom but entrance into building had a lip on it and entrance into room had for wheelchair room not spacious hard for wheelchair to get around. Staff was outstanding.
