We chose this hotel for the northern lights. We had a room with big windows and that was perfect. The first night we had the whole place to ourselves. Breakfast is grab and make yourself which I actually liked. Made for a very private setting. The staff was great and responsive but we didn't need much help. Thanks for the stay.

We loved the place; the location was awesome. The staff was super cool, and the property was well-maintained. It's pretty much self-serve, and we loved the quality of all the amenities. Nothing can beat the location and view.

I left my AirPods Pro at Aurora Villa. A staff member said he found it and would mail it to me. However, though my Airpods location, it says that the Airpods have been used and were taken outside of the cases at another place in Fiarbanks (another hotel, restaurant, etc.) Twenty days later, he said the AirPods were lost by USPS. What a good story. BTW, I stayed there for 3 nights, no one came to clean the room.

Perfect!

We loved our trip! We stayed in the V Lodge and it was perfect! We explored during the day and cooked dinner every night and played games. The main room is spacious and comfortable. We also had one night of Northern Lights!

Great experience

The hotel is really stylish with lots of designer’s touch in both architecture and interior design. The location is a bit far from the city but it’s a great place for aurora viewing. The view from those huge glass windows is stunning. The nature outside of the building is gorgeous too. Kevin has been very informative and helpful. A few minor things: 1) the entry way is a bit messy with all the shoes/boots unorganized; 2) there is a second floor but no elevator or helpers with luggage

Beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms, but fully automated no reception or concierge to assist with transportation. Recommend renting a vehicle at tbe airport.

This would have been a great place to view the Northern Lights if it had not been raining and cloudy during our stay. The villa is remote with no services nearby. Fairbanks is more than 20 miles away.

Quite with a beautiful view of mountains. Because we had more than 4 in family stayed in villa which was a bit older but comfortable and well equipped for a family. Nice to have some snacks and beverages available and communication for check in or general questions was excellent. About 20-25 minutes outside of Fairbanks proper but would recommend if looking for family get away and quite.
