Thank you for the great stay at your hotel from Jan 18 to Jan 21, 2026. Every thing from the room to the buffet breakfast to the incredible staff was amazing. The only thing we missed was a microwave in our room and a safe, the absence of both these items seemed odd in a Hyatt hoitel.

I need to give the maintenance team five stars. During my stay, I had an issue with the drain pipe. When the repair staff arrived and inspected, he immediately informed that it would be a lengthy and noisy remedy. He approached me and asked if I would agree with moving to another room. He immediately went downstairs and grabbed me the room key so I could begin moving my belongings. I admire how he works and thinks beyond the client. Thanks!!

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Fairbanks. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is spotless, emitting a fresh scent. The pool is well-kept, and everyone I met was cheerful and helpful.
