This is a one bedroom apartment in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and coin laundry downstairs. We stayed in Fairbanks for 3 nights and this was like a home away from home. The communication with the owner was excellent! If you’re staying for any length of time, book this room if you can!!

2 night stay in Fairbanks..

This was a two night stay in Fairbanks. Getting into the building was a bit confusing. No noise coming from the other units (parking lot was full). Not located near anything of interest that’s walkable. We were put off by a few things mainly the smell as soon as you walk into the building. Not sure why the windows wouldn’t open (top units had their windows open). The one in the bedroom appeared to be nailed shut?!?! Overall this unit was just ok. We basically used it as a place to sleep..we didn’t hang out inside, cook food etc.

The location is conveniently close to downtown by car.. The apartment has been modernized with new appliances, a TV, a kitchen, flooring, and an updated bathroom. The apartment was impeccably clean, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay were provided. A good bed is crucial for me, and the mattress and all the bedding were brand new. The bed offered excellent support. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting the Fairbanks area. Lastly, the owners were exceptionally courteous in their communication and attentive in ensuring my comfort during my stay. I highly recommend it!
