Cooking your thing? We have a full-service kitchen with Jen-Air appliances, and all of the utensils. The large dining room table is ready to host up to six hungry guests!

Here for travel? A back yard with a view welcomes visitors during the Summer, and baseboard oil heat keeps you warm in the Winter. Everything about this home screams "Cozy!" right down to the wild floral design of the Master BR.

This property features two outdoor parking spaces (end to end, in front of the building) and an outdoor electrical hookup for those cold winter nights.

The house is located 5 minutes from Fred Meyer Supermarket, 5 minutes from the Airport and 5 minutes from UAF in a quite neighborhood on city power.
