Brisk morning wake up

We had a pleasant stay, however we weren't sure if we'd have hot water for showers in the mornings, which a cold shower can really ruin your day.

Had things stolen from off my car. Staff wasn’t helpful or apologetic at all. Front desk was unwelcoming and not friendly in the slightest. WiFi didn’t work.They ignored my do not disturb sign. Maintenance had to fix issues with plumbing while I was there. Sheets didn’t fit the bed.

The service at the front desk and the tour desk was horiffic. The service in the red lantern bar and the gift shop was exceptional. Our room was dated and although clean the bottom sheets didn’t fit the beds, we had to ask twice to have our room serviced and it wasn’t for two days. Every time we went to use our door keys they didn’t work. The people at the front desk we border line rude and abrupt. It all seemed too hard to them and the lady at the tourism desk was Zero help and didn’t really want to help me anyway. Overall the experience was very disappointing and we would never stay there again.

The room was a bit difficult to get into.. the door handle takes some finafling and it doesnt work the same twice! The rooms are showing their age which i turn makes people question the cleanliness.. black lines around all the bath fixtures looks like mold or just gross soap but closer inspection doesnt seem to be either but it looks not so great. The carpets have an off-putting odor as soon as you step off elevator. The staff was amazing..professional, friendly, informative. Dinner in red lantern was good and the apple crisp was A…MAZ..ING!!!

Their breakfast Buffett is not worth the $$ charged, the shower was clogged and we had to ask for towels- they left one towel in our room with two occupants. The beds are comfy, and it was easy access. I think they just missed the mark on this trip for us.

The AC in our room was not working and we felt hot during our entire stay. Even their maintenance guy did not help fix it he said the AC systems are too old. Day staff is courteous and professional but the girl in the night staff (Emily) was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. She was unprofessional and should get a lot more training on customer service.
