I need my money back ASAP!!!

I got there late. They gave away my room so I had to sleep in my car outside the hotel! They wouldn’t let me check in early so I went to my convention and by the time I got back, they had given my room away!!! I still haven’t had my money refunded on my credit card either so basically they just got my money and I didn’t even get to step 1 foot into my room

This property had a distinct and persistent smell of marijuana especially in the elevator. The hotel ran out of clean towels when they were fully booked. Overall a disappointing experience

Clean room, comfy bed and very friendly staff. Check in was fast and easy. Only complaint was the weird coffee machine at breakfast, not normal fresh brewed.
