This spacious one-bedroom deluxe resort suite measures approximately 600 to 900 square feet. You will enjoy one king bed in the master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Additional amenities include a kitchenette and dining area, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, and patio or balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two. Located in Hamilton area of resort, no golf course view.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Fairfield Bay is Little Rock Regional Airport which is 60 miles by car respectively.

All doors have lever handles, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical suites), front door wide-angle wheelchair height for the peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers.
