All pros! No cons whatsoever! -Easy to Find (straight shot from Hwy 16)-CoolPool Located Across the Driveway! -Extremely Comfortable Beds and Furnishings -VERY Short, Level Walk from Vehicle-No Noise From Adjacent Condos-Very Clean, Newly Updated Space-Very Easy Check-in-Very Helpful Host-Very Well Stocked (Waters, Snacks, Paper Towels, Bathroom Tissue)-MOST comfortable beds in the Van Buren/Cleburne/Greers Ferry Lake areas! I travel -ALOT- including a trip to this area monthly, and this condo is the most perfect I’ve found! It would also be an excellent choice for long-term stays. I've saved it in my “go-to’s list” and will definitely stay again!

Very cute and clean. Great location and quiet. The reason for the 4 stars is there were too many scented Deodorizers. The plug-in one is overpowering and burned our throats. We also did not have any washcloths, but plenty of towels. Without those 2 issues, definitely 5 stars.

Great family getaway. The condo was comfortable, well decorated, and supplied with all the necessities. We enjoyed the games and pickleball paddles that were provided. The amenities in FFB make it a perfect area for a mini vacation. Would definitely stay here again!
