Not happy

Aparently your not allowed to have guests over. Cops were called when our bowling team arrived the office gave us no deposit refund because it was a fire hazard having 6 people over and one had a service dog that has a distinct service animal vest and our deposit was not returned and there excuse is that people with allergys come and check in and they had to do a special deep clean and that is against the law due to service animal rights they are not allowed to even question you about the animal. Over all i am not going to return and the door was locked both ways couldnt come in or leave the maintenance man literally had to jump in through a window and was in the room with me and my family over an hour along with the manager ,how many people does it take to change out batterys for the electro ic locks
