This was a horrible hotel. The people in the room next to me were loud all night and the staff did nothing to resolve issue, There were flees in the room and the bed was hard. I would not recommend this hotel,

Brittany, Indigo, Gina, Olivia, and Dustin are by far the most wonderful staff this hotel has to offer. They are so kind, considerate, helpful, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is a 9/10 for the price; the rooms are always clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the coffee is always hot and fresh in the morning. The only thing keeping it from 10/10 is the limited options for the on the go breakfast and the lack of coffee supplies. Overall though, I will definitely choose staying here every time over the other options in the area. Wonderful experience!

The white bed cover had dry blood on it, and cockroaches on the counter. Called the office to let them know. She moved me to another room…hot Cheetos on the floor, balloons behind the chair and more cockroaches again. Those rooms obviously don’t get cleaned after someone checks out. When I went to check out the next morning the lady didn’t say 1 word to me. Not friendly at all. Never again

There was mold in the room. We saw people trying to get into cars and specifically, saw them try the doors of my car. I checked out the next day and had to book another room. I tried to contact Expedia through the chat and could not get help. I was disappointed because I trust Expedia and expected a very different experience. I would like to get my money refunded for the nights I did not stay.
