The stay is not what I expected it to be. I planned for a relaxing self care weekend. It did not start off like that. Once I made it to my room I was very disappointed. There was no bathtub even tho I called in advance to confirm and was told yes. I planned to take a bubble bath. I contacted management and she didn’t seem to care. I didn’t have the name of the staff I confirmed with but I had the date and time I spoke with the person and what gender the voice sounded like. I told her that. She didn’t even acknowledge my concern. She was more concerned with telling me that her staff knows better. On top of that the towels were hard. That in itself was crazy.

Amazing stay!

This place was amazing! Clean, everything smelled so clean! The bed and pillows were so comfortable, better than my bed at home, Lol. Breakfast was also amazing, lots of options! Check in was fast and easy! Highly recommend staying here! Will be back.

Loved our stay and the daily free breakfast. The facility is clean and updated with lots of amenities, like free parking. Its location near many stores and the outlet made it even more convenient. Restaurants in the area are great too! Front desk staff provided excellent service for the most part, especially Caleb! We will definitely book another stay here if we visit the area again!
