People go in the gate when you open it. Cars blocking the gate when not having a key to get in. Water came on so walking on side walk you got wet too. Took a long time to get my deposit back.

Sheet stains

The bed sheets had a couple of stains, we went to front desk to ask for pillows and they never gave them to us and the fridge leaked in the middle of the night and we don't know why since we didn't touch any of the settings. Shampoo and conditioner was not provided.

I booked 2 rooms with insurance upon arriving the lady at front desk told me they only had 1 room available and I still got charged for the 2 rooms. When checking out I was told that both rooms were booked for me and she didn’t know why her staff didn’t give the other room.
