Rooms are very nice and clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. The area around the property very 'hood like" kinda scary. Wish they could clean up the area, fix the ice machine, make a small dog park area and not allow shady RV's parking. It would be a nice place.

So close to the Kaiser Hospital and easy to get back and forth with a big verity of food choices. With family being in the hospital having everything close and easy it is just so helpful in times like this

Honestly, the room was very clean. My only complaints would be that the AC doesn't stay on and will go off after a certain amount of time. We also encountered an ant and a cockroach in the bathroom.

There was no hot water. The flooring was cracked and seperating. Obvious holes were patched on the bathroom door. The bed was neat and sheets clean. The check in and check out was nice and smooth. Even with the door locked the door looked slightly open or not closing all the way. Overall 5 out of 10 stay it was nice to be in walking distance of popeyes and jack in the box

The room was suboar even by Motel 6 standards. The door had clearance on all 4 sides enough for critters to get in the room, as evidenced by the roach on the night stand. On the plus side, the manager was very polite and understanding when i decided not to stay and refunded without me having to request it

The non smoking room sinks. It takes a week for the smoke smell to go away. There is no room cleaning every day. The trash around the hotel didn’t get cleaned up. Some staff was not familiar with the SOP. I was charged twice to extend my stay for the deposit.

This is probably the cleanest and most updated Motel 6 I’ve stayed at. It’s in a secluded spot in Vallejo to where I didn’t feel like I was unsafe. Would totally stay here again for any quick trip in the area.

Smoking is a big issue within the room and around the property. It took a week for the stinky smoke smell to fade away in my room. Even so, there is no escape from the cigarette smell around the hotel. Guests smoke outside of their rooms, in the hallway, and around the property. The quality of the staff varied from professional to unfriendly to under training employee.
