There was no hot water whatsoever so we couldn’t take a shower in the morning, the refrigerator didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, only 1/2 the lights worked, the coffee maker didn’t work and there was white patch marks on every single wall. I won’t stay here ever again. I talked to the front desk and was told the manager would be informed. I called back. No one was ever informed. 2/10

I had to call for directions, and the staff ACTUALLY answer the phone! Awesome! The property is tucked behind a storage conglomerate on a dead end street so I had to get verbal directions. The staff was friendly and great! The room was perfect; the lamp shade was cracked but did not affect lighting. Highly recommend!!!

There were some empty water bottles snd used placker toothpicks left behind by prior guests. Coffee maker was missing parts and didnt work. Otherwise, everything was fine and the staff was super nice

I was told I could check in early but was not able to. They were having trouble with a guest in the room I was booked for. I had to wait a few hours in the waiting area but in the end it worked out and I do wish I had a discount for driving an hour there since I was told I could check in early, then I had to wait about 3 hours and missed some of my event I had planned

Nice and quite. This place was very easy to get UCD and comeback while settling our son at UCD. Room was clean but we could smell the cigarette smoke from the parking lot or from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is ok however it is same all 3 days we were there.

Very comfortable stay and pocket friendly, housekeeping came by every morning to ask if we needed more supplies or towels, room was nice and cold and large, and shower was hot and spacious. Would stay here again!
