Terrible hotel, stay elsewhere

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. The mattress had metal springs and you couldn't even sit on the bed without it making noise. The door to our room had obviously been kicked in before. The safety lock at the top of the door no longer functioned and there was a very noticeable crack in the door frame. We did not feel very safe in our room. The whole hotel smells like smoke, even though it's technically non-smoking. One night, the fire alarm went off for 45 minutes and we discovered that kids had beaten up a woman in the lobby and fire, paramedics, and cops were all called. We'll never stay there again.

Horrible service. The people above us sounded like they were jumping off the bed all night long and running back-and-forth in the room made three different phone calls to the front office. They said there’s nothing they can do because they didn’t know the room number above us.

Dirty floor, hallways. Smelled like marijuana. Bed was clean and comfortable. Required earplugs to sleep. Noisy hallways late in evening. Phone flashed all the time but no messages. Netflix on menu but staff said it had never worked. Only exit through front office, all others alarmed. Bathroom and bedding were clean.

Pro: Staff was kind, beds were comfy. Con: Pool had debris, and our room, while clean, kept being permeated by a sewage smell throughout the night. Might have been from the laundry facilities across from our room though. I updated staff about it in the morning and they were kind. The cons wouldn't prevent me from staying again. It was nice enough.

Hotel Stay was Fine, but Chaotic

The room itself was fine and sufficient for a quick weekend trip. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were fine and free breakfast was simple: cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, juice and coffee. Unfortunately given the neighborhood, there was a domestic incident at 2AM where police were called… that’s just Vallejo for you.

The staff was friendly I liked that we could park check-in and then go and eat at Chick-fil-A. It was minutes away from the park which was perfect not only that but I was able to go to the grocery store to purchase things that I needed. I really enjoy that there was an on-site laundromat. As well as a pool we utilized all of the amenities that were there. If we had more time we definitely would have utilized the gym on site. Overall this experience was positive and I would definitely go back! The staff went above and beyond we're super friendly and so helpful in every way! The room itself was perfect! It was spacious and just what we needed!!
