Overall, customer service staff were great. However, the room felt really unclean. The shower was dirty and I ended up leaving that evening. There were also loud noises heard from other rooms. I would not be able to stay here again.

stayed only for 1 night but was genuinely impressed by the attentive staff! rooms were extremely spacious and clean! Would definitely stay here again. It also seemed to be a safe area with no people loitering around

Good location and reasonably safe. It was the cheapest hotel in the area and was OK. I would stay here again if traveling alone. Would recommend something nicer if with a woman. The people staying here are noticeably poorer looking than average. Ok for a single guy.

Jessica is a excellent staff member. I love that she remembered me and she remembered the room that I like. I like a room where I can see my semi truck. I love this hotel because it is next to the restaurant Texas Roadhouse.
