Over all the stay was, more than what expected it to be. The staff were polite, kind and friendly.

Minus 1. Customer in not informed that no garbage is collected from the room. The room was smelling of banana when we got back at night. We emptied trash ourselves before we slept. 2. phone was not working. Discovered the day we were leaving. 3. Overall it appears inefficiently managed. Plus: 1. Rooms, bed linen, towels were clean. 2. Environment was silent at night. No disturbance.

To have light or not

After checking in at 330 the gentleman at the desk assisted in changing my room to lower level New room on lower level did not have a working light in the bathroom. Had to until 6 to see if there was another room. So had to pack things up and move to another building

Bad stay

When I got there, the room I booked was not ready, despite coming hours after check in time. The room I was moved to was not very clean. The vent in the bathroom was leaking a yellow liquid. Upon leaving, I expected to get my deposit back, but I was charged instead for staining a towel, even though the leak stained the towel. I tried to dispute it, but was told there was nothing that they could do.

Bed sheets were good, Chair in room had torn fabric and missing foam, like a burrowing creature, but no creature to be found. The worst part that you couldn't forget about, was the constant and consistent termite dust on the top of the bed and all over the floor. It was immedate as soon as we got into the hotel room like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Our Room was 206, but the second room I reserved was also like this, room 216. Handle the Termites and the bad chair/couch and you have a 5/5 from me.
