Welcome to Namaste, a light and airy new home with gorgeous views of the Inlet and across the Painkalac Valley. Set among the tree tops, its handy to beaches, Airey's Inlet shops and cafes. This home is a wonderful place to unwind.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area upstairs is amongst the tree tops and opens onto a spacious furnished deck - perfect for long lunches and meeting the visiting parrots and cockatoos. The master bedroom, en suite and powder room are also on this level.

Downstairs a second living area provides an alternative space for kids to hang out or adults to relax and enjoy the views across to the Splitpoint Lighthouse at Airey's Inlet.

The master bedroom with its own private balcony and views, offers a quiet retreat.The two bedrooms downstairs both have trio-bunk (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) beds and offer the versatility to sleep kids and/or couples.

A leisurely, 10 minute stroll will have you on the sand at Fairhaven beach, at the Inlet or shops. A hot outdoor shower is waiting for you after your surf/swim. In cool weather come inside to the glow of a wood fire or the convenience of hydronic heating.

There are plenty of amenities: free Wi-Fi, internet connected Smart TV, books and games for you to try, cooling fans in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room, Weber gas BBQ, and new appliances including double oven, cook top and a big fridge, Air conditioning.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
