The Space

Perched 17 feet in the air, this unique one-bedroom "stilt-house" offers unobstructed, bird’s-eye views of the waterfront that you simply can't get at ground level. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee on the expansive deck or watching the sunset over the yard, you’ll feel like you’re floating above the shoreline.
The Layout
Elevated Living: The entire home is accessed via stairs, leading to a bright, open-concept living area and a cozy queen bedroom.
The Deck: Our favorite spot! A massive wrap-around deck perfect for sea breezes and stargazing.
Waterfront Yard: Below the home, you have private access to a waterfront yard—perfect for dipping your toes in the water or enjoying a coastal breeze.
Guest Access
You will have the entire home and the waterfront yard to yourself. Please note that because the home is elevated for flood protection, climbing stairs is required to access the living quarters and the deck.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to West Island. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the cottage.
