Set on a large native allotment with views across the Otways Forest and beyond Tree Top House has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 large outdoor entertaining decks with stunning 180 degree views.

Venture up the gorgeous blackbutt timber staircase to find a large open plan living and dining area on the second level. Relax by the Jetmaster open fire, dine taking in the views or create meals in the contemporary fully equipped kitchen. Venture outside onto the expansive timber deck, for your morning coffee, a relaxing BBQ or drinks while watching the ever-changing landscape.

On this level you’ll also find a stunning master suite with Queen Bed and a beautiful resort style ensuite, walk in robe and plantation shutters. Perfect for unwinding after a day exploring or at the Beach.

Downstairs, the ground level is beautifully presented with polished concrete floors and smart interior design. Two bedrooms (one with Queen Size bed and another with two King Singles) are supported by a central bathroom with bath and shower.

On this level you’ll also find a separate retreat with its own entry - complete with Queen Size bed, kitchenette, TV and dining table for 2 and ensuite with shower.

Tree Top House is designed for comfort all year round with heating and cooling throughout.

Located in a quiet pocket of Fairhaven, yet only minutes from thriving Fairhaven Beach and all the dining, entertainment and shops on offer in Aireys Inlet, it really is the perfect place for your next coastal getaway.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
