I had a very stressful experience with this stay. I made a simple mistake with my checkout date , thinking I reserved for another night. I was working an event and didn’t get message from property until later that day.I responded right away and offered to pay for the extra night. Despite that, the situation escalated quickly. I received a voicemail stating a trespassing complaint had been filed and that police had been contacted, even though I was actively trying to resolve it. The communication felt aggressive and unprofessional
