This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

Everything about this stay was either as expected or above. The home was clean and welcoming and the location was perfect. Truly a “perfect retreat” - quiet and yet easy to get to our weekend of wedding events downtown! Charles kept the lines of communication open - responding to every question in such a timely way. The beds were so comfortable and the porch in the back overlooking the beautiful azaleas was the perfect down time spot. We would definitely book another stay if we are in the area again!

Our stay was spectacular. This was our first time renting a place on VRBO, and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience.The host really set up a nice space. The house is on a beautiful property and everything was thoughtfully planned down to the smallest detail. We had everything we needed and found the house very comfortable and a great home base for our vacation. We'll definitely come back to stay next time we're in the area.

What a great little place off the beaten path! A cute house for a family retreat. Easy access to Fairhope, Daphne, and Malbis. Our host, Charles, was a great communicator including little details like a personalized welcome sign and labels on all the wall switches. We will be back.

We had such a great stay here! The property is tucked away, so it’s quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the beds were really comfortable—we all slept so well.It worked out great for all ages, even with small children, and gave us room to spread out without ever feeling crowded.
