The Space:

Perfect for a Fairhope weekend getaway or week+ family vacation, this property is located minutes from Downtown Fairhope, at Fly Creek Marina! Every inch of this charming coastal space was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and cozy stay. At Book Montrose, we care about your experience and as such, we've outfitted this home with AMENITIES to make your stay luxurious and for you to feel right at home! In the kitchen, you'll find quartz countertops, stovetop, non-stick cookware (full set), Mocca Master drip coffee maker, toaster oven, Chef's cutting board and knife set and more. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a large 75 in latest 4K roku smart TV in the living room, and a washer and dryer! Upstairs you will find a Twin over Queen bunk bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a King bedroom that features an ensuite bathroom and work station with monitor. Sleeping arrangements (5 people total): 1 BR upstairs with King bed + 1 BR upstairs with 2 twin beds.

Free parking is available directly outside of the unit in the designated tenant parking sign spots. Please note there is a limit of 2 cars for the unit during your stay.

Easy to contact and reserve, as well as very clean, lots of space with everything like new. Found as a very central space near downtown, as well as local to needed supplies during stay.Give it all 5’s in all areas that make a vacation spot worth the wait!

Our stay at Fly Creek was great. Cameron with Montrose properties was wonderful and addressed any concerns we had. My husband injured his back and they really went all out to accommodate our needs.The only thing I can criticize is that the furniture was not comfortable. It probably isn’t a problem for people who are just staying for a couple days.
