Our stay fell short mainly due to the room. We were in Room 563, less than 20 metres from an HVAC unit near the loading dock, and the constant drone made it difficult to sleep. The steam room was closed, several furnishings around the property are aging, and the overall condition of doors, windows, and pool‑area finishes suggests the hotel is due for upgrades. For the price and 4‑star positioning, the experience didn’t meet expectations

January 29-30,2026 Room and hotel in general is nearing upgrade. Fridge was very noisy so unplugged it. Hot tub was very nice. Bear paw Lounge has limited menu options. And other restaurant was only open for breakfast . Starbucks is a nice option. Staff friendly Will come back (as we have for many years) but look forward to some upgrades

Staff were friendly. The patio door to our room would not stay closed unless locked and was slightly open when we entered. The dying line didn’t work and broke. Toilet handled needed fo be held down for a full flush. The amenities were fine. Restaurant prices were overpriced.

It was a nice stay. The staff were all excellent and made the space feel warm and inviting. The room was comfortable. The hotspring was soothing. The view (providing it was cloudy) when they cleared was magical. The only complaint i have which didnt stop me from enjoying the experiance was that my glass during dinner smelled of dirty dish cloth which was quickly and kindly replaced, and the breakfast table and booth seats were a bit more dirty then i felt comfortable with- which is an easy thing to remedy. 💯 will stay again- was a wonderful girls trip.

The Fairmont Hot Springs resort was a fun little surprise. Stopped here on the way though a road trip and it was very comfortable and easy. The pool was very nice, relaxing and heated. The bar and grill staff was friendly and the food was good. We would swing back by again - thanks!!
