Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.



Primary Bedroom (Upstairs)

Features a luxurious queen-sized bed with premium linens for the perfect night`s rest, and a large dresser so you can completely unpack and feel right at home.



Bedroom #2 (Upstairs)

The second bedroom also features a queen-sized bed with a private electric fireplace. The bedroom features an amazing art piece with custom stained glass windows.



Bedroom #3 (Upstairs)

The third bedroom features a single-over-double bunk bed. We even keep an extra mattress on the floor for those who don`t like to sleep on the top bunk. All the beds feature premium hotel linens.





BATHROOMS

Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

KITCHEN

This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

BACKYARD/OUTDOOR SPACE

The outdoor space features a full wrap-around deck with something for everyone, from a full conversation piece at the chaise lounge on the front of the deck to a BBQ and personal hot tub on the back of the deck. Step off the deck to enjoy space to explore the woods. Sit and enjoy the personal fire pit surrounded by custom-made log benches or have a friendly game of horseshoes in the backyard. What`s not to love about adventure around every corner?





DUTCH CREEK AMENITIES *2025 UPDATE*

We are sorry to report that as of 2026, guests will no longer have access to the community`s pool, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, frisbee/disc golf course, horseshoe pitch & a beach volleyball court due to new strata regulations.





LAUNDRY

There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.





PARKING

You`ll have access to ample driveway space for up to 4 vehicles.





CONSUMABLES

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.





CHECK-IN/OUT

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.



We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Fairmont Hot Springs (7km): In just over 10 minutes, find yourself at Fairmont`s famous natural hot springs. Here, you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you have to include in your vacation itinerary.



The Whiteway (32 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. Granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach. Bring your skates, or rent them from Inside Edge.

Golfing: Riverside and Mountainside Golf Club is only a 4-minute drive from us. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, the Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.



Fairmont Ski Resort (13 km): A family-friendly ski hill that the whole family can enjoy. Equipment rentals are available on-site.



Panorama Mountain Resort (50 km): A world-class destination with incredible skiing and snowboarding. Other highlights include heliskiing, skating, shops, bars for apres-ski, and so much more. The Greywolf Golf Course is a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada. This course is in Panorama and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains.
