We had a wonderful stay at Mountain View Resort and Suites at Fairmont Hot Springs! We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here, and it was such a special and memorable experience for our family. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect being so close to the hot springs. We’ll definitely be back!

Staff was very friendly both last night and this morning. The room is getting a bit dated but very clean. The bed is worn and not very comfortable. Don’t forget to wash your dishes or you will be charged $50.

Check in is at building 80 by the pool ground floor by the water park. Check in was easy , our room was clean and overlooked the 10th hole of the Fairmont Riverside course. This facility used to be a timeshare that they now rent out so there is a Mix of renters and property “hotel” guests. Parking at building 60 was available close to our entrance when needed.

The price was very good for 2 bedrooms, and we were put next to each other. Our dog was able to enjoy the balcony and go between both rooms. Loved that the rooms had a kitchen to actually cook in. The on site laundry was also a plus and convenient outside the doors. I would definitely book with them again. Quick drive to Fairmont Hot Springs.
