'The Ranch' is inspired by the owners farming lifestyle with subtle accents throughout the modern, beautiful décor. Our only Marble Canyon property that has both a private hot tub and is pet friendly (hot tub & pet fee applies*)! With 3000sqft of living space over 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full-bathrooms and a washroom, this home is ideal for a family getaway or for 3 couples or 4 singles on a golf or friends trip.

The open-plan main level features a galley kitchen, fully equipped with almost every gadget you can think of. Enjoy meals together in the separate dining area or enjoy a bite to eat at the breakfast bar. The living room space has a huge screen for streaming channels such as Netflix, a reading nook next to the large windows looking into forest, and a fireplace for the cooler months. Walk out to the private wrap-around deck with BBQ, propane fire-table, lounge and bistro seating with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and the babbling Fairmont Creek - THE perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and evening stargazing.

Upstairs, the upper level master suite features a king bed, TV for streaming your favourite shows, and ensuite bathroom with corner jacuzzi soaker tub and separate shower. The private deck walks off the bedroom - relax on the sunlounger with amazing views of the Columbia Valley. The separate loft area overlooks the living room offering a quiet place to sit, read or relax - the sofa folds down to a twin bed.

Downstairs, the lower level provides a cozy space to watch a movie in the living area. There are 2 bedrooms on this level - one with a queen, and the other with a twin bed and a bunk bed (twin over double). A full bathroom is also on the floor. The walk-out covered deck features the private hot tub - warm up after an adventurous dip in the creek perhaps!

Loaded with amenities, you will not want to leave this property! Once you do, the adventures of the Columbia Valley are on your doorstep. Surrounded by nature, there are more than 50km of walking trails from your door which your pup will love. Explore the warm waterfall, take an easy stroll or a more challenging hike. Fairmont Hot Springs restaurants, coffee shops and stores a short drive away. Marble Canyon is centrally located for hot springs, beaches, lakes, skiing and golf. The perfect basecamp!

*Furry friends are welcome at this property (pet fee applies of $25/nt- Max 2 pets) - they will love the amazing trails and the Fairmont Creek located right by the property parking lot - the Spirit Trail at Columbia Lake Provincial Park or the Wilder Park by the Columbia River are both with 5-10 minutes and favourites of ours.
