This was the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. If it wasn’t for the room upgrade, we would’ve left completely. The first room we got was on the second floor and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. The room was covered in mysterious stains and a thick layer of dust. Our bedsheets were turned inside out and full of tiny hairs and crumbs. The tv was broken and the shower head was full of build up and grime. The shower bathroom floor was stayed blue maybe from a cleaning product. The staff was very accommodating and they did upgrade us free of charge but overall it was not worth the stay.

The only issue is that every time I stay at this property they never have payment from the third party.. the one staff member very thin middle age woman is rather rude and informs me that I need to figure it out!!!

The hotel was in the need of a good cleaning. The room I was in desperately needed a deep cleaning. I was also charged double and had to get a refund. The mattress was not very comfortable.

The room was not expensive so i wasnt expecting much. Just needed a place to stay to wait out a snowstorm. There was a weird stain in one corner and the toilet was not clean. Wouldn't be my first choice.

GAVE MY ROOM TO SOMEONE ELSE, NO ROOM FOR ME.

I didn't have a stay. They gave my room to somone else even thought I paid for it a month in advance. There were no rooms when i went to check in. I had to make a last minute booking somewhere else.
