If you're looking to spend a little time in the mountains, this property and location will make a great basecamp for any adventure you have in mind, regardless of season. The home is located within the Warm Springs Ranch community.

WARM SPRINGS RANCH

- Private, gated community
- Trail system that runs directly behind the property and connections to national forest
- 5 fishing ponds (guests can catch and keep up to 2 fish per day with pass)
- Tennis and basketball course available
- Warm Springs ranch is a Covenant Controlled Community with gated access.

*** This property is accessible by all vehicles in most seasons; however, we would suggest AWD/4WD during winter months (December-March).

GUEST ACCESS AND DETAILS

You’ll have full access to the cabin and property during your stay, excluding the locked storage shed and small owner's closet. Details on accessing local trailheads and community fishing ponds are included upon check-in and in the welcome binder at the cabin. Fishing permits are provided at check-in.

Guests are required by the HOA to provide a license plate number to the host.

Fires are not allowed at anytime within Warm Springs Ranch.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to High Creek Fen Preserve. A hot tub and laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and 2 bathrooms are available in the cabin.
