Halcyon provides open concept living on all three levels. The main level great room opens to the kitchen and dining area. A spacious bedroom with a Qand full bath are also included on the main level. The upper level consists of the master suite with a queen -sized Tempur-Pedic bed and an en suite bath and French doors opening to a sitting area. The lower level offers complete privacy for your guests and includes a second living room with wood fireplace and gaming area, including foosball. A full bath and a large bedroom with a king-sized bed round out the lower-level living space.

Halcyon has three spacious bedrooms. The master suite located on the upper level is equipped with a new queen-sized Tempur-Pedic bed fitted with fresh linens. The bedroom also has a large closet and dresser for plenty of storage. The en- suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and all towels are provided. The main floor bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed along with a twin and trundle. The full bath with all the towels provided, across the hall. The lower-level bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed and large closet along with a dresser to provide plenty of storage. There is a full bath is across the hall from the bedroom.

Halcyon has a full-size kitchen with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen opens to the dining area and great room so the chef can chat with friends and family while preparing an amazing meal. The dining area seats six with four more stools available at the kitchen island. All of the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware are provided.

The sitting area on the upper level includes a flat-screen TV and a comfortable loveseat. This is a great space for children to hang out while still being within hearing distance. If you need to work, there is also a dedicated work desk with great internet.

The lower-level living room and recreation area includes a wood-fired stone fireplace to keep warm on those cold days when you prefer to stay inside; the firewood is provided. The room also has a big-screen TV for gaming on the provided Xbox-One or to stream your favorite movies and shows. Two comfortable couches along with a loveseat provide plenty of seating and a large table make for a cozy setting to play games or just relax.

Halcyon is also equipped with Starlink satellite internet connectivity. Starlink provides unlimited high speed internet allowing guests to participate in Zoom or other business video conferencing services.

Halcyon is surrounded by towering spruce and pine trees. You can hike or snowshoe around the property to find Gnarly Tree or Lovebird Bench, just two of the many landmarks on the property. A scenic pond is just a short walk from the property. The sideboard in the dining area has plenty of hiking maps and other sightseeing information for the area. The house also provides four sets of snowshoes and a number of sleds for your use during the winter months.

If you want to stay close, the deck provides a wonderful respite to enjoy the fabulous Valley of the Sun summer weather or to stargaze on clear nights. The deck also has a gas grill to support outdoor cooking.

If you are visiting during ski season, there is world class skiing, snowboarding, back-country skiing, and snowmobiling within a short distance. Breckenridge is a 25 mile drive (25 to 45 minutes depending on road conditions), while Keystone, A-Basin, and Copper Mountain are 40 to 60 minute drives from the house. * This home is located in a rural high alpine mountain environment where wildlife, insects and rodents may be encountered. The home is also equipped with a well water system and may have variability in taste, smell or mineral content based on time of year and usage.
* Guests will be required to sign a vacation rental agreement after booking.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
