The hotel was good. Good location. I stayed in the king suite and it was very big and spacious. Food is around and breakfast was satisfactory. I just wish the bathing hot water was hotter. It was warm and I prefer hot.

There’s potential for this hotel, but we walked into our room and it smelled like straight sewage, the bed sheets and pillows were dirty and had stains on them, the AC unit had mold inside. The staff came in to check it out and tried to gaslight and do anything except take accountability (and which was my main issue). We were able to get into a different room which was better but still had areas of cleaning that were very obviously missed.

Nice but pool needs help

Overall this a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean. My only complaint was the pool. I realized after we had swam a couple of times that the water was kind of murky and you could see a sheen of residue on the surface. It didn’t feel very clean so we stopped swimming in it which was unfortunate since that was one of the reasons we selected this hotel.

Not impressed

They were accommodating, but it took effort to get them there. I booked two room(s) with one stipulation, that they be connected rooms, as I have 5 children. They told me that was impossible when we got there, but then upon seeing that they gave us two rooms, with one in between us, that was empty, they finally put us together. ALSO, lobby bathrooms were disgusting and no TP in EITHER stalls. Paper towels were strewn all over the floor in the bathroom as well. I felt like the staff was overall pretty nice, but they just didn’t care about family situations. Very understaffed as well.

Good service from desk staff. People making breakfast cut it off too early. One day food was out 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. Thankfully upon asking the front desk they brought out more food, but the cook was not planning on it before then. No housekeeping at the time of the trip.

Overnight Stay

Hardworking kind front desk staff. Room was clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in room with coffee and tea. Checked all the boxes and didn't break the bank. Breakfast was decent and coffee hot. I would recommend a second trash can for disposables in the eatting area as the one by the waffle machine stayed too crowded. Overall decent stay with exception of the baby elephant's on the fourth floor marching to their music at 11pm.

No satisfactory

No cleaning crew, sign at counter stated this. Had to bring own towels to the desk every morning to recieve fresh ones. Had to ask to change rooms when first room was assigned, rooms werent very clean. From the appearance the hotel isnt cleaned daily. Expensive rooms for the condition of the hotel.
