Villa Klima is a two-storey villa, practically divided in two autonomous residences. It provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people and its wonderful location overviews the south-central coast of Crete and offers stunning sea and mountain views from almost everywhere you stand! The Villa’s two separate units consist of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with shower, one w.c., two living rooms, an office and two fully equipped kitchens. Its design is ideal for two families or groups of friends as it offers privacy and intimacy at the same time! Free parking is available inside and outside of the Villa.

Interior & Exterior

Each residence offers comfortable open spaces, featuring living and dining areas, as well as fully-equipped kitchens, providing you with everything required for a self-catered holiday. The bright rooms create a relaxing summer atmosphere! The cozy quality furniture, including sun beds, and an umbrella, welcome you to spend time with your family and make the most out of your stay. Both living rooms offer access to a large, perimetrical veranda, equipped with patio furniture, as well as direct access, from outside, to both residences through a small staircase. A panoramic view is offered from the spacious balcony and terrace, not only of the valley and the island’s south-central Mediterranean coastline, but also of the surrounding mountains full of olive groves.

The first floor of the Villa

The first floor of the Villa provides 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 w.c. and can accommodate up to 7 people. The main bedroom (1.60X2.00) is equipped with a smart Full HD TV 32’ inch and an air condition. The two double bedrooms (1.40X1.90) and the main bedroom are beautifully decorated with fitted wardrobes, mirrors and paintings and a bathroom with shower. In addition, a fully equipped office is provided, with a library and a sofa bed (also serves as a twin bed.1.00X1.90). The residence also features a brand new and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a 4K 50’ inch smart TV and a spotlight that turns the living room into a cinema for your personal entertainment. All rooms are bright and elegantly decorated. The living room and the main bedroom have a brand-new independent Inventor (air-condition) system. In addition, the beds have Cocomat and Media Strom mattresses promising a blissful night's sleep, as well as your outmost comfort. All rooms provide access to the large veranda.

The ground floor of the Villa

The ground floor residence features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. The main bedroom has two single beds (1.00X1.90) which could also be used as a King Size Bed (2.00X1.90) and the second bedroom has a standard double bed (1.50X2.00). In addition, a sofa bed is available in the living room for one person to sleep (1.00X1.90). All spaces are beautifully decorated with fitted wardrobes, mirrors and paintings and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a 4K 43’ inch smart TV. All rooms are bright and elegantly decorated. The living room has a brand-new independent Inventor (air-condition) system. In addition, the beds have Cocomat and Media Strom mattresses promising night-comfort. All rooms offer access to the large veranda outside.
