We booked a bright room with windows based on advertised photos but were placed in Unit 4A—a dark, ground-floor corner room with zero natural ventilation. While every adjacent unit had proper windows and active exhaust fans, our room lacked basic livability and safety standards. Management needs to understand that you simply do not put a family in a room like this. The air was so stale and musty that we had to run a dehumidifier constantly and leave our main entrance door wide open just to breathe. Even our kitchen exhaust fan just recycled trapped air back into the room. Despite these conditions, they still demanded an environmental fee. When we complained, the owner completely dismissed us, claiming stale air was "not possible." Our grievances were ignored instead of being fixed. Using a completely unventilated unit for a family stay is entirely unacceptable.
