Located in the picturesque rural village of South Creake, Bosky House is a fabulous dog-friendly home sitting in a large plot on a quiet lane in the centre of the village close the the green. Spacious and quirky, it is popular with families or groups of friends wanting a peaceful base from which to explore the glorious nearby coast and countryside.
A welcoming home-from-home, the layout of Bosky House is perfect for larger groups with two reception rooms comprising a sitting room and a large family/garden room with comfy seating and french doors leading out to the large garden. The stylish fitted kitchen benefits from a breakfast table for planning the day ahead over coffee and pastries. For entertaining at home, a large dining table makes an ideal spot for sharing in delicious meals and great conversation.
Upstairs three inviting bedrooms are presented. With a king-size bed, the dual aspect master bedroom also features a television. Bedroom two has a double bed and a single bed with pull out trundle bed to accommodate one extra child, is available in bedroom three. An added bonus is the separate outdoor annexe; great for couples, or older children, who wish to enjoy some privacy away from the main house. With a super-king bed that can be converted into twin beds on request, and a private shower room, this separate accommodation is totally independent from the house.
Outside, at the rear of Bosky House there is a lovely garden designed over two levels. Accessed from the family / garden room, the sun terrace features a covered seating area. Steps lead down to the lower garden beyond with additional outdoor seating for al fresco dining. Additionally, there is a small play area for children with swing and lawned garden beyond. The shed provides secure bike storage if required.
The large village green and playing fields are just around the corner from Bosky House. In neighbouring North Creake you will find Creake Abbey, with a good selection of shops and a very popular Farmer's Market hosted on the first Saturday of every month. Wells-next-the-Sea can be reached easily by car or bike, with the expansive sandy beaches at Holkham and Brancaster also nearby.
