Harvey Cottage is a very high standard cottage with loads of charm & character and located in a sought after village just some 8 miles away from the coast, ideal for young families looking for space, a good sized garden, easy car parking and lots of attractions nearby for the children.

Away from the congestion of the coast but an easy drive to large sandy beaches at Wells next the sea for family days out by the sea.

The interior is presented to a very high standard, offering delightful rooms. There is a good sized living room with beamed ceiling and wood burner and there is a separate dining room, fitted kitchen with appliances, two double bedrooms (1 Double Bed with king size bed & 2 Single Beds), and one bathroom and one separate shower room.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Pensthorpe Natural Park. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cottage.

Fantastic Norfolk Gem

A beautiful, well equipped cozy cottage. This cottage has everything provided for. It is warm relaxing and in an excellent location for visiting many of Norfolk's attractions. We had a wonderful stay. This is probably the best property we have rented ever! Can't recommend enough.

Excellent but complicated appliances

Stay spoilt by electric hob not working after first day. Hand written instructions implying it was complicated proved true. When switching on, all lights flashed 10 times then went out so unable to turn on any ring. Microwave also more complicated than necessary. Could only run it in bursts of 30 seconds. No instruction Manual. TV should be removed from bedroom as there is no adequate signal despite aerial booster. Money wasted on top of the range appliances that are too complex to master in a few days stay. Cooker extractor hood did not work either.

Beautifully presented cottage

We stayed for a week over Easter with our four year old daughter. The cottage was equipped with everything that we needed and was very thoughtfully furnished and presented. The available information was great, including lots of information about possible activities in the area. Despite a relatively wet week, we managed to get out all day every day, and it was great to be going back to such a comfortable place each evening. It's good location - while a small distance away from the coast, it is not that far and it is convenient for a range of places and so we travelled quite widely.
