This is a newly renovated country house apartment in the beautiful North Norfolk village of Binham.

It is a first floor period apartment in a large country house, decorated in a sympathetic style. Everything has been recently renovated to bring the property back to its former beauty.

The apartment benefits from a substantial 4-poster, super-king bedroom, as well as a twin bedroom and large living/dining room.

It is furnished with hotel standard toiletries and welcome items, including tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates. This property also has the luxury of a private tennis court (which does not require any booking or payment to use) and beautiful private gardens, which guests are welcome to use.

The property benefits from a Smart TV in both the living room and the main bedroom, so feel free to log into your favourite streaming apps! We believe the apartment is equipped with anything you should need for a short or long stay; there is a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, a fully equipped kitchen, tennis rackets and balls for the court, and hotel standard towels, linen and welcome supplies.

Binham is a short drive from the seaside towns of Wells and Blakeney. Binham is also home to the popular Parlour cafe, the wonderful Chequers pub and small general store.

Please note that this is a first floor apartment in a period property, so guests will have to climb stairs to reach it. Once inside, the apartment is all on one floor. The apartment is also decorated for Christmas for the whole month of December!
