Casa De Biasio PM
If you are planning a getaway holiday to discover nature and dreaming of long walks in the mountains, Casa de Biasio is perfect for you.
Located on the edge of the village of Caviola, a hamlet of Falcade, the attic offers large, well-distributed and comfortable spaces, a balcony overlooking the Dolomites and a small garden at the rear of the structure.
THE SPACES:
The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a private house consisting of only 3 units.
Once inside, you will find yourself in front of a long corridor with all the rooms on the sides. Let's start with the kitchen, on the right, which is large and independent and has a comfortable dining area. Continuing we find the living room, suitable for gathering the whole group or family for an evening of fun, relax and board games. From here you also have access to the terrace overlooking the village of Caviola and the wonderful Dolomites.
Then we find 3 bedrooms, one double and two with two single beds each.
Finally the bathroom with shower and washing machine.
On the ground floor there is a ski deposit, while outside there is a convenient parking space. On the back you will find a small garden, it is located out of sight of the road which however is not very busy because it leads to the most other hamlets that overlook the village of Caviola.
THE POSITION:
Casa De Biasio is located on the edge of the village of Caviola, therefore in an extremely quiet area. The distance from the small village center is only 300 meters, you will find a supermarket, bars and various shops.
With a short 10-minute walk you can reach the Caviola playground, where your children can play and have fun in complete tranquility and safety, while you relax sunbathing or enjoying a good sandwich on the terrace of the bar in the park.
The center of Falcade is located 2 km far from the property, you can also reach it through the cycle path that connects Caviola and Falcade, and which leads directly to the Piana: the vast green area that characterizes Falcade and covers a large part of the village.
Not far away, in the hamlet of Molino, there is the departure of the ski lifts of the San Pellegrino Ski Area, reachable in winter by the ski bus whose stop is only 300 meters from Casa de Biasio. You will enjoy about 100 km of perfectly snow-covered slopes and sensational views, try to believe!
