Casa Stella is located in a central position, in the pretty mountain village of Falcade, in the heart of the Dolomites.
The studio apartments, almost 30/35 square meters, are perfect for couples and families with children, but also for small groups of friends.

THE SPACES:
The apartment is located on the ground floor, it has a living room with cooking corner and double sofa bed, behind a booth open on both sides, there is the double bed, finally there is a wide bathroom with shower.

From the living room you can go outside in the balcony and enjoy the view on one of the most beautiful mountain that surrounds Falcade: Cime dell'Auta.

The property also has a convenient common outdoor parking space and laundry room in the basement, where there is a washing machine to use for free by guests. You will also find a private ski/bike deposit for each apartment which can be locked with a key, so you to keep your equipment safe.

THE POSITION:
Thanks to the path that you can take a stone's throw from the house, it is possible to follow a cycle path that leads on the town of Caviola and Canale d'Agordo or, going on the other side, to the beautiful Park of Falcade. This path is perfect for having relaxing walks through the woods and will take you to the playground, the inflatable park for children, the bar-restaurant on the lake that directly overlooks the large park of Falcade. Imagine you're having breakfast with a croissant and cappuccino on the shore of this relaxing little lake, preparing for a fabulous trekking day.

Casa Stella is also only 50 meters far from the ski bus stop, which in winter leads directly to the Molino-Le Buse cable car, the best starting point for spending an unforgettable day on skis in the San Pellegrino Ski Area, which has about 100 km of perfectly white snow-covered slopes. It will also give you breathtaking views, you'll also have the opportunity to have a break in the several characteristic mountain-hut that you can find along the slopes.

If alpine skiing is not your strong suit, don't worry.. Falcade and the surrounding area offer many other activities to fill your days with relax and fun: walks with snowshoes, 10 km of cross-country ski track that spreads over the Park of Falcade, forming a ring.
