The staff was courteous. The outside was beautiful and so was the pool. The breakfast was ok, lots of hot options, fresh pancakes you make yourself and eggs and such. Unfortunately our rooms cleanliness was just unacceptable. There were gross stains on the room carpet and in the bathroom and paint chipping from everywhere. The furniture is all new and upgraded but all the outlets were installed improperly and crooked, many not even usable. Thank goodness the sheets were clean because we arrived late and had an early morning the next day, so we just went to sleep otherwise I would’ve definitely requested another room or my money back.

The accommodation wasn’t one. There was no water in the tea machine when you go there people sitting on their phone, not doing their job. I have to go and ask them to clean my room when I did. They’re asking me if I do not disturb sign is on my room
