Old Hotel

We stayed at your hotel for a wedding. We are from across the country. We called to ask to check in early and was told there was a cost to do so. We have never had to pay a fee at other places. The rooms need updating. The beds squeaked so when you got up you woke up others. The curtains were falling off.

The hotel is very outdated, I found a dead bug and killed a 2nd bug. There is no housekeeping unless you count someone just folding bathroom towels (not sure if they were replaced or just folded). Many cracks around walls and ceiling. The bathtub faucet looked like it was about to fall off and toilet was not properly attached to the floor. I will not be returning and don’t recommend anyone else to visit.

What a FANTASTIC motel for the money. Inexpensive, but SUPER clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly, helpful and concerned for our comfort. If I could give this place a sixth star, I would.

The room was ok, super basic. The bed seemed to be on a metal see saw as it was very noisy with any movement. The staff was cordial. Nothing special. The rooms didnt have a linen bag for dirty clothes and when i asked for one they gave a trash bag. The AC worked but the shower was old and moldy.

Owners are nice. Room had super noisy beds with very loud and crunchy springs. The bed had long hairs on the sheets when we pulled the comforter back. Our neighbors decided to get into a fist fight at 8:00 in the morning and a woman was screaming “HELP ME”. We were just waiting in a gun fire. Ghetto customers who are one step above being homeless. Never again!!

Upon checking in, we overhead another guest complaining about the cleanliness of her room (bed bugs being discovered and leftover fecal - guest did not specify if it was human or animal). Thankfully the check in clerk allowed us to check our room first before we paid for pet fee and for staying the night. Only things we found in our double bed room were the following that we didn't mind staying for just one night. - Inside the room seemed run down and in dire need of repair work, some areas not cleaned, broken furniture. - both double beds bottom mattress had stains on it. - Mirror frame in room near the sliding door was broken. - Walls had mismatched paint, unpainted areas. - Mini refrigerator needed to be cleaned, left over stains from previous guests. - Bathroom tub was had some cracked areas near drain, drain had no catcher, seal around the sprout was coming undone. - Toilet was running/dripping all night. - Black sliding door only had a black out curtain, no extra curtain if we wanted to open and allow natural light in for privacy. 2) door lock was hard to locked closed and then a wooden rod was laid down on the track for an "added security" measure. - light switch fixtures were cracked - table didn't seem like it was cleaned between glass and table surface.

The AC was not working properly and the staff is very rude and unhelpful. They try to charge me extra for something that I had already arranged through Expedia and the front desk was very unhelpful and didn’t let me properly explain. The room was ok, although it was not as clean as they advertised.
