The room was comfortable, I slept well except a dog barking a-lot next door somewhere. Complaint - customers and I coincidentally met in the elevator and agreed that going from the parking lot into the hotel should have been easily accessible instead of having to walk outside around the building.

Room was outstanding with couch and nice kitchen area, including refrigerator with freezer, dish washer and microwave. Parking inconvenient as nearly a block away. Hotel entrance difficult to locate at night as small entrance in middle of a block with poor signage. Have to take elevator to 2nd floor of building to check in. Breakfast ends at 9 am during week which is unreasonable, and several guests were visibly upset having come down just after 9 a.m. only to find breakfast area closed.

We checked into our room, after an almost 5 hour long drive, at about 930pm. Our 3 year old was excited to be in a new environment and was also full of energy after being cooped up in a car seat for an extended period of time. Being a toddler, she stomps her feet when walking rather than taking gentle steps. After being in our room only enough time to change her into pajamas, we went to the lobby to get a water and an apple juice. We returned and began getting everyone ready for bed. After only a few moments, the neighbor began banging on our wall. I found this to be rather odd, because we were not shouting, yelling, crying, throwing tantrums, NOTHING, except moving about and talking in normal voices. I supposed our toddler's stomping must be what they were banging on the wall about, so my husband and I immediately told her to settle down and tip toe. We were adament about her whispering rather than speaking aloud. Nonetheless, a few minutes later, the room phone rang and we were told there were "several" calls about too much noise from our room. Now look, Im not oblivious to the fact that toddlers can be extra loud, but there was absolutely nothing occuring in our room that could have been described as "excessive noise". If the walls are so thin in this hotel that we cant walk and talk after 9pm, then they should really ensure each guest is given a sound machine and earplugs. Instead of enjoying our family trip, we felt like prisoners locked down at quiet hour.
