Beautifully refurbished, luxury harbourside cottage in an elevated position maximising picturesque panoramic views towards Falmouth's harbour from all windows. Located in one of Falmouth’s finest locations, the historic Packet Quays . Wake up with the sea lapping metres away watch the hubbub of yachts, tall ships, ferry boats, cruise liners and more before taking a very short wander to Falmouth main street with cafe's, restaurants, galleries, gift shops & boutiques.
Situated within this highly regarded waterfront development, providing outstanding views Falmouth harbour, across to Flushing and The Roseland peninsula, is 2 Geachs Cottages.
The reverse level accommodation has been designed to maximise the panoramic water and headland views, with the 20' open-plan first floor reception room benefiting from a triple aspect bay window. While it is very spacious for 5 people, it is comfortable for 7, and cosy for 9 :)
The first floor also provides a fitted kitchen, and double bedroom with the ground floor comprising 3 double bedrooms, and 2 family bathrooms. The property also has the benefit of a private secure undercover parking space, with use of the communal waterfront garden and slipway. There is a private dinghy bay below the cottage and just yards from the slipway.
The 'cottage' has been renovated to a very high standard making a stunning holiday home and waterside retreat. The Packet Quays development is positioned just a short stroll from the centre of Falmouth, with its vibrant community, vast range of independent shops restaurants, bars and award winning sandy beaches.
Approachable via steps from the central courtyard or, alternatively, steps from the High Street descend down to Geachs Cottages. A communal pathway gives access to the front door, with recessed storm porch.
