The property also has the benefit of a private secure undercover parking space, with use of the communal waterfront garden and slipway. There is a private dinghy bay below the cottage and just yards from the slipway.

The 'cottage' has been renovated to a very high standard making a stunning holiday home and waterside retreat. The Packet Quays development is positioned just a short stroll from the centre of Falmouth, with its vibrant community, vast range of independent shops restaurants, bars and award winning sandy beaches.

Approachable via steps from the central courtyard or, alternatively, steps from the High Street descend down to Geachs Cottages. A communal pathway gives access to the front door, with recessed storm porch.

First Floor: A spacious open plan first floor reception room with fully equipped modern kitchen, and dining and lounge areas for 8 people - with large timber double glazed sash-style bay window, offering a spectacular elevated view of Falmouth harbour, across to Flushing and The Roseland.
